Part of the California collection, the Anacapa is an efficient, smooth board, perfect for cutting and prepping items that don’t necessarily require a lot of space. Products are made 100% from sustainably grown “Moso” bamboo that is harder, denser and more durable than other species. Unlike most hardwoods, bamboo absorbs very little moisture, making these products ideal for the kitchen. The Anacapa is available in a dark and light tone.
